Cleaning fee: Euro 78 for cleaning after departure which is done by a local cleaning company after your check out. Kitchen utensils and dishes are however your obligation to clean and place where found. The cleaning time has been fixed to 1.5 hour per apartment which in average has been found sufficient. The glass on the balcony fence is not cleaned every time since it’s very time consuming and that would increase the cleaning cost for every renter.
Bed linen/towels: Euro 34/stay.
This is for a couple sharing the double bed and it’s consisting of: 2 bed sheets, 2 pillowcases, 2 x bath towel, 2 x towel, 1 x shower mat, 1 dish towel.
To ensure that we rent the right sheets for you, please specify to us in advance in case you do not sleep 2 in the double bed but prefer to use one of the sofa beds.
French tradition is to sleep in between 2 bed sheets and optionally during the cold months put a warm wool blanket (4 such are in the apartment, located under the sofa bed) on top as one may find it necessary. There is no change of linen during your stay but you can request this at an extra charge.
Pillows you will find in a cupboard in the corridor.
Parking: Included in the rent. Underground video surveilled parking lot with barrier and key and chip. Maximum height 1.85 m.
Refundable deposit:Euro 200.-. We shall send you details for a bank transfer or Paypal payment. We shall keep it here as a safety deposit during your stay and refund it to you provided that there are no damages reported on the inventory report which is carried out by the cleaning company after your departure. Usually refunded in full within 2-3 days after your departure. You may replace broken glasses or plates before your departure as long as you replace with items of matching quality and appearance and dimension but please advise us of this in writing. By refund you may suffer a minor fee for the banking charges: Outside EU apx. euro 6. By Paypal apx. 4-5%.
NB For bookings for more than 2 weeks during high season the deposit is euro 400.- and payment time is 8 weeks before arrival.
Wifi: Included in the rent. Fastspeed fibrenet apx. 500 Mb.
Payment: Total cost for rent, cleaning, linen and the refundable deposit to enter 6 weeks before arrival date. Payment method options:
a) Bank transfer to a euro account using an IBAN code that we advise you.
c) PayPal against a 2 % fee.
Change over day: Flexible.
Rent: The rent price is for the entire apartment, not per person.
Limitations:
1) Minimum age for 1 adult as a minimum: 22 years or ask for dispensation.
2) Maximum number of persons occupying the apartment: 2 adults.
NB: There is limited suitcase storage area inside the apartment.
