Il est bien utilis\u00e9 et sert bien le but.<\/p>\n<p>Un merveilleux balcon orient\u00e9 sud-ouest avec une vue splendide sur la mer, la plage, la c\u00f4te vers l&#8217;ouest, les montagnes rouges de l&#8217;Esterel et la piscine. Vous pouvez profiter du soleil de l&#8217;apr\u00e8s-midi depuis le balcon car il est expos\u00e9 au sud-ouest. La cl\u00f4ture de balcon est en verre qui vous permet de vous asseoir sur le balcon et regarder vers le bas sur l&#8217;activit\u00e9 autour de la piscine.<\/p>\n<p>Cet appartement a la plus grande chambre \u00e0 coucher de nos 2 appartements .<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;appartement se compose de: un salon avec 2 canap\u00e9s-lits. Une table \u00e0 manger avec 4 chaises. Wir haben\u00a0nicht etwas besonderes erwartet, aber alles war so gut!!! Wir freuen uns sehr daf\u00fcr. Wohnung sauber und genug gross. Steinplattenboden ist nicht kalt. Mit Vermieter hat alles klar und gut geklappt. Internet war genug schnell. Geschirrsp\u00fcler war als gutes Surprise.\u00a0Balkon am besten gefallen, fast immer Schatten und k\u00fchl, wunderbares Meersicht. Lage in Stadt ist sehr bequem, ca 5-7 min mit dem Bus (1eur) nach Cannes Centre.\u00a0\u00a0Sehr gute Tipps mit Restaurant und Village Mougins.\u00a0\u00a0Die beste Pizza Welt in Cannes \u2013 Bistro Le Casanova, rue Hoche 8.\u00a0\u00a030\u00a0min bis Nizza und 40 bis Monaco, 20 min Antibes. Sauberes Sand am Strand und klares Meer in Cannes la Bocca. Schwimmbad hat unsere 2.5 Tochter immer Spass gemacht. Kinderfreundlicher Eingang ins Wasser im Schwimmbad. Tolles Wasserrutsche. Grosses Laden in 10 Fussmin InterMarche, 5 min jeder Morgen Frischmarkt, 2 min bis \u00a0B\u00e4ckerrei.<\/p>\n<p>[English translation] Many thanks for a wonderful holiday. We had\u00a0not expected anything special but everything was so good!!! We are really happy about that. The apartment was clean and big enough. The floor tiles are not cold. Everything worked out well with the renter. Internet was sufficiently fast. The dish washer was a pleasant surprise.\u00a0The balcony was what we enjoyed most, almost always shadowy and cool, wonderful sea view. The location in the town is very convenient, apx. 5-7 minutes by bus (1 euro) to Cannes centre.\u00a0Very good recommendations to restaurant and Mougins village.\u00a0The best pizza world in Cannes \u2013 Bistro Le Casanova, rue Hoche 8.\u00a030\u00a0minutes to Nice and 40 to Monaco, 20 min to Antibes. Clean sand on the beach and clear water in Cannes la Bocca. Our 2,5 years old daughter always enjoyed the swimming pool. Children friendly entry into the water in the pool. Great water slide. The view from your appartment is stunning and one night there was even a firework display in the bay (probably in La Napoule). I liked the local shops, especially the market and best of all the sun shined nearly all the time.
