The excellent apartment with everything you need and the most amazing view in Cannes! Really enjoyed it!
We spent a week at this apartment with whole family (couple + two children). The best is the location of the apartment. Silent part of the city and really only few meters from the beach. (You must go under the railway and over the street but it is not too frequented.) The pool just under the balcony is freely accessible, what will enjoy above all children. If you like to travel and not just rest on the beach, you will appreciate the parking in the underground garage and the highway which is very close.
Great place to stay on the Cote D’Azur at reasonable price. Easy access to trains and bus service along the coast from Marseille to Monte Carlo. Short stroll to sandy beach and 2 pools available on site. Fully equipped apartment and very helpful staff on reception. Plenty of bars and eating places within 5 min walk from apartment. Parking on site but no need for car as local transport is very easy to use. Ideal for relaxing break.

2 equal 2-room apartments each with 1 bedroom, sleeps 2 people each. Both apartments have a large balcony with wonderful views of the beach and the Mediterranean Sea and of the pool and gardens. Each apartment has an open plan living room with sofa beds and a kitchen and dining area, equipped with a 3 ring stove, an oven and fridge. There is also a bathroom.
The apartments are in a 3-star apartment building right on the beach, designed in the traditional style of the big hotels here in Cannes. It has a vast reception area opening onto lovely gardens with a beautiful circular swimming pool, which has a central island.
Between Nice and Saint Tropez in Provence
Nearby is the village of Mandelieu, which has an excellent golf course and 8 kilometres of fine sandy beach ending at the foot of the Esterel hills. In the other direction is Cannes itself and all its magic. The International Film Festival is held here in May and in August there is a huge firework festival. Other events include a Battle of Flowers parade and several Gastronomic weeks.
The Boulevard du Midi which is a lovely beach front boulevard runs in front of the apartment building and is a popular pedestrian street with palms, beautiful flower beds and restaurants.
In the hills behind Cannes is the elegant old town of Grasse, famous for its perfumes and essences and surrounded by mimosas and the fields of roses and other flowers, which go into making them. Mougins is one of several traditional Provencal villages with some excellent restaurants.
Located at the seaside and near the market place, this building is constructed in accordance with the traditional palace style of the grand hotels of Cannes.

Breakfast: Available at Café Bleu by the pool from 07:00 – 10:30 at apx. euro 8/person during high season and festivals.
Laundry: There is a laundry in the residence, next to the rectangular pool, ground level that accepts foreign credit cards.
Ventilation: A moveable fan/ventilator. Electricity covered by the Owner.
Heating: Electric heaters. Costs are included in the rent.
Safety: Our apartments are equipped with a digital safe which we recommend you to use for storing of e.g. passports, credit cards, cameras etc while you are out. Our apartments have been upgraded with a modern electricity cut-out to protect our clients in case of short circuit.
Shops: Groceries: 8-8 super market and a great bakery in easy walking distance at Avenue Francis Tonner, just around the corner from the residence. Beware of lunch break 12-15:00 and Sunday afternoon closing in most shops. Intermarché is a large shopping center, same street as above but further direction west. Geant in Mandelieu is our favourite supermarket.
